All you have to do is email Southwark News saying you’d like to vote for Jack Jones to get the 2013 Blue Plaque.

The email address is news@southwarknews.co.uk.

You can also vote in Southwark libraries.

The closing date is 31st October.

Vote now and ask others to vote as well. Over 12,000 people voted last year.
